To cancel your subscription, please contact your individual service provider. Thank you.
Can I get coverage for other family members under my own account?
You cannot add another $1,000,000 Personal Identity Theft Coverage Policy for a family member under your same account. For this, you will need to purchase them a new dedicated account. If you decide to purchase the plan for another family member, please keep in mind that your email address is used as your own unique identifier to plan, so you must sign up your family member using a different email address from the one you used for your own plan.
What is identity theft?
Identity Theft occurs when someone uses your name or personal information
without your knowledge to commit fraud or theft. This includes opening a
credit account, taking out a loan, file fake tax returns and /or making a
major purchase fraudulently. Once your identity is compromised, thieves can
use it repeatedly, using each new account as a reference for the next one.
